Shipping policy

At Prosper Ebooks, we specialize in providing instant digital products; therefore, our delivery policy differs from traditional stores:

1. No Physical Shipping: Since all our products are digital books (eBooks), no physical products are shipped to your postal address. You will not need to wait for any package to arrive.

2. Instant Delivery:

• Once your payment is successfully processed, a product download link will be sent directly to the email address you registered during the purchase.

• You will also be redirected to a "Thank You" page immediately after payment, which contains the product download link for instant access.

3. In Case You Do Not Receive the Product: If you have not received the confirmation email and download link within 15 minutes of your purchase, please take the following steps:

• Check your "Spam/Junk" folder in your email.
